I feel duped by the organic isle. I should have known better when I found xahannagum, in packet form. Organic Agave Nectar, Vegan and gluten free, made to look like a health food. With only one ingredient, 100% pure organic blue agave nectar. At first glance this looks like an organic alternative to sugar. However, due to the high content of fructose, it's a health food impostor. The fructose isn't easily broken down by the body. Making the sugar absorption lower, and increasing fat storage. It's labeled vegan, and I a part of the aloe vera family. This is organic, and the pesticide levels are probably low. All might not be lost on this alternative to bee genicide. This product can easily replace the call for honey in home made products, such as facial masks, body scrubs, and other home remidies. Aloe vera is one of my favorite natural healing essentials. I look forward to trying out the nectar, however, I won't be considering eating it. More to come soon.... We Love The BabiesThis page is to bring you along my journey to find positivity and harmony. Its started as a 30 day challenge to learn more about ones self and how to truly take care of yourself. To take care of others, you have to be able to take care of yourself. Instead of a 30 day challenge I'm turning this into a year of positivity and the journey we venture to find what truly matters in this world. It is important as a mother to show children positivity can be found everywhere and anywhere. It starts with right now, and right here! Archives
