Thank Heaven for Babies: Emma First Born
Welcome to We Love The Babies!
Here we provide useful information about child development, activities to do with children of all ages, and so much more! We are proud to be running since 2011! We plan on continuing providing parents with all sorts of advice and ideas.
Some new blogs have been added recently; Lesson plans 2014, Recipes 2014, and new information added to the blogs and other pages. This year my new years resolution is to become a more positive person. I'm already a happy person and through my journey I've learned to express my positivity in a way that makes others feel motivated and happy. I've added a new blog called Positivity Journey 2014. It's a good blog for the mother that is also a woman, as we all are. How taking care of yourself ultimately increases your ability to help others. I'm a helper, always have been, always will be. I also want to instill into my children to help others. When they fall I ask them if they need a "helping hand". They are the sweetest little girls and always looking out for each other. Make sure to check out our updates and leave feedback in our contact forums.
A child's development is so important. The first couple years and couple months of a babies life are the most crucial to learning and trust. A baby who learns trust right from the beginning will be more well behaved, know that they are being cared for, and will be able to show love in a healthy manner. For more information feel free to check out our philosophy page.
Also, We Love The babies is starting our own clothing line for babies! Our tutu shop is not ready yet, if you would like to make an order you can contact me via email @ firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include size and color you would like for your babies tutu.
Having support from the father is one of the most precious things a young child can have. All my girls love their daddy! I couldn't have picked a better father for my children, and one that is as involved with them as he is! We share responsibilities equally and spend time together as a family every chance we get. He is very loving, and they love their daddy. I tell anyone who is young and thinking of having a baby, I really did get lucky. The chances of a man stepping up seem to be less and less. It’s unfortunate but when it comes down to it you shouldn't have a child with someone you haven't been with for years. Make sure you know their values and you can rely on them. It’s surprising how many times a man will act like they want to be around. When a baby comes into this world it changes everything. I know many single mothers that take great care of their children all on their own and make up for the father not being there the best they can, and for that they should win the mother of the year award in my opinion. It’s not easy to raise a child on your own, and I watch friends of mine struggle everyday because of it. I see a lot of websites that supports teen mothers. While they need support, this isn't one of those sites. This site is for Mothers. I do not encourage teen pregnancy.
You may be asking yourself what qualifies me to make a website on childcare and development. I went to a trade school and studied early childcare and development for 4 years, graduated lead teacher certified in both infant/toddler and preschool. I’ve worked in many classrooms, home day cares, and have been around young children my whole life. I always heard wait till you have one yourself and then you will see how hard it is. While I understand that raising a child inst the easiest thing to do, it's important to research. Putting in the time and effort with your child to do creative things and understand child development makes that process easier. It is also beneficial to the child. This website will include lesson plans to do with children from infant ages up to preschool age. Most of them are going to be original lesson plans. I will state otherwise if not. I also am going to have advice for parents on behavior issues, and how to speak to a baby. Not every technique works for every child, but try new things to see if it works for you. I will also have an article on daily activities I do with my own child and how you can do them too!
Emma has a small retina on her left eye which causes her to have a lazy eye. She's had an MRI at Boston’s Children's Hospital and had Surgery at Leominster Health Alliance. I’m writing a blog on her progress and updates on the status of her appointments. If you have any questions, comments or would like something in particular done on my website please contact me: email@example.com
Disclaimer: This website is based on my opinions and experience working with children one on one. I'm not suggesting every thing works for every child, and i do suggest Early Intervention Programs if you believe your child has a delay. Thank You.
