What motivates you to get up in the morning? Is it happy baby laughs and giggles, warm little fingers poking at your toes, or screaming babies from the next room over? It can't always be rainbows and sunshine but the best part of motherhood is. Every morning should be started with a happy, positive, motivating thought. Let that thought grow into something that inspires you to create, laugh, and love. Everything good in life is done with love. Every moment in life is so precious.
Something that has got me in touch with my surroundings is meditation and yoga. I feel so insightful, inspired, and motivated after doing yoga and meditation. Sometimes, as a mother, you forget to breathe. Yoga can help with weight, self esteem, and all around health. Yoga keeps you humble, happy, and strong. Everything a mother needs to add to their self-care plan.
Heres a tip: Babies love yoga too! Older children can be taught to mediate and younger babies will enjoy adding weight to your yoga moves. :) Also, they love imitating your cool bendy moves. They'll think your as cool as my three year old tells me, I am.
