1. mini bagels
2. sauce (I used the left over spaghetti sauce)
3. toppings (pinapple, pepperoni, peppers, onions, cheese, or anything)
These were a big hit at my house! Especially with my husband! It's way better for him than eating the processed food they sell in the frozen section. It's interesting to take something you find in the frozen section, and make it at home. With real ingredients and fresh produce, anything can be made healthier. There is no need to eat like a rabbit. :)
Brush bottom of the pan and bottom of bagels with olive oil.
Sprinkle itailan seasonings or fresh basil and chives onto the olive oil, on the bottom of the bagels.
Bake @ 350 until cheese is melted and the bagels are toasted.
