Banana Pankcakes

Ingredients for Banana Pancakes

1. Bisquick Complete
2. Dash of Cinnamon
3. Dash of Vanilla
4. Chopped Banana
5. A Little Butter

• Mix Bisquick, Cinnamon, Vanilla in small mixing bowl, with whisk.
• After ingredients are mixed, add chopped banana and smash into mixture.
• Use a frying pan with a little butter. Heat on medium temperature until butter is melted.
• Scoop a tablespoon of mixture into frying pan. Take frying pan and slightly tilt so the mixture spreads out a bit.
• Do not flip or check the bottom of the pancake until bubbles have popped through. If you do so, the pancake will not cook all the way through. They will be mushy inside if the are flipped to soon.
• Always start with a practice pancake, and remember the more you make the hotter the pan will get.
• The more you make the faster they cook. Pay attention to the bubbles. If the bubbles are through but its already burnt, turn your burner down.
